Uhmwpe(ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) fibre is one of the strongest and lightest fibre nowadays. Our smallest fiber is 1~1.5 dtex(denier), currently we can obtain the strength of 42 cn/dtex. Its application is for:
- aviation and spaceflight
- arms and weapons plus bulletproof products
- marine engineering projects
- special building materials
- sports goods, e. G. Climbing ropes, parachute ropes
- ocean fishing nets
- shipbuilding
- electronics

Our fiber specification is from 150dtex to 4800dtex, and relative modulus is from 1500cn/det to 900cn/dtex.

For making High Tenacity Thread, it need UHMW-PE fiber from 150 to 600 denier.

For making Bulletproof fabric, it need UHMW-PE fiber from 1300 to 1760 denier.

For making High Tenacity Cord, it need UHMW-PE fiber from 2400 to 4800 denier.
